1. The Offer

Marvel Orthodontics is offering

A complimentary specialist orthodontic consultation for new patients during the promotional period and;
A Deposit Match discount of up to $1,000 off eligible orthodontic treatment for patients whocommence treatment and meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Complimentary Consultation

The complimentary consultation includes:

A specialist orthodontic assessment by Dr Jessica Li.
A discussion of treatment options and recommendations.
A personalised treatment plan and fee estimate.
Any standard diagnostic records routinely included as part of the consultation process.

There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following the consultation.

This offer applies to new patient consultations only.

3. Eligibility

This offer is available to:

New patients attending their first specialist orthodontic consultation at Marvel Orthodontics Gordonor Hurstville during the promotional period.
Patients referred by existing patients. Standard referral rewards remain applicable unless otherwise specified.
Siblings of existing or new patients, provided each patient is attending their first specialist consultation and independently meets all promotional requirements.

4. Securing the Deposit Match Discount

To qualify for the promotional discount, patients must:

a) Attend a specialist consultation during the promotional period (1 May – 30 June 2026) and;
b) Accept a recommended treatment plan and;
c) Pay a treatment deposit before commencing treatment.

The promotional discount will match the value of the treatment deposit paid, up to:

$500 for eligible Phase I treatment or;
$1,000 for eligible Comprehensive Treatment (braces or aligners).

The discount will be applied to the patient's total treatment fee and reflected in the treatment agreement provided by Marvel Orthodontics.

If treatment does not commence, no promotional discount applies.

5. Payment Options

The balance of treatment fees may be paid via:

a) Upfront Payment – Full balance paid at treatment commencement.
b) In-House Payment Plan – Interest-free instalments managed by Marvel Orthodontics and agreed upon with the practice.
c) Denticare Payment Plan – Subject to Denticare's separate terms, conditions and approval process.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

If a patient chooses not to proceed with treatment after consultation, no consultation fee is payable.

If a patient has paid a treatment deposit and later decides not to proceed:

Refunds will be assessed in accordance with the treatment agreement.
Any records, appliances, laboratory fees or services already provided may be deducted from any refund payable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

7. Exclusions

This offer applies to new treatment cases only and cannot be applied retrospectively to treatment already commenced.
The Deposit Match discount cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other benefit.
This offer cannot be combined with any other treatment discount, promotional offer, voucher, rebate or special pricing arrangement unless expressly approved by Marvel Orthodontics.
The discount applies only to eligible orthodontic treatment recommended by Marvel Orthodontics following clinical assessment.

8. General

This offer is available at Marvel Orthodontics Gordon and Hurstville locations, subject to appointment availability.
Treatment recommendations, fees, outcomes and treatment duration vary according to individual clinical circumstances.
A personalised treatment plan and fee schedule will be provided during the consultation.
Marvel Orthodontics reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time. Consultations booked during the promotional period will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of booking.
